I noticed in an article on the BBC website this morning that there are at least a couple of awards out there for blogs.
Firstly the Blooker prize honours published books which are based significantly on blogs. The shortlist has just been released and the winners of each category and the overall winner will be announced on 14th May.
And secondly the Bloggies celebrate the best blogs around. The winners have just been announced, but you can still see the shortlists on the website - it's worth having a look as some of the blogs look really interesting!
