Have a look at the Web 2.0 article on the BBC website - it raises some interesting points. There is also a link on the page to Click, which is an online technology programme. This week's programme (available 22-28 April) is all about Web 2.0 - specifically about using your browser to do all sorts of things rather than installing programs on your desktop.
