Innovate is an open-access online journal which focuses on the creative use of IT to enhance educational processes. As well as peer-reviewed articles it contains discussion and occasional live webcasts. It is free, but you have to register to see the full text of the articles.
The most recent issue focuses on how educators can meet the challenge of the Net Generation - which feeds directly into the sort of things we have been discussing in SLE102. I would strongly recommend that you sign up as it looks as though it contains a lot of useful information.
