Google has put together a fantastic page containing links to resources in the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, as part of their crisis response project. The page includes links to blackout and shelter information and messageboards, as well as a link to the Google Person Finder which brings together profiles of missing people with information about people who have been found.
The webpage also contains links to news sources and information about how to make donations. An example of the way in which the Internet can bring us closer to those around the world.
